Program Requirements
- You CURRENTLY live over 100 miles away from Mattoon, IL.
- You commit to moving to Mattoon, IL and living within the city limits for at-least two years.
- You are a remote worker that works for a company. Gig-workers (ex: Uber) and self-employed individuals are not eligible.
- Your personal income is over $45,000.
- You agree to provide employment and residency documentation in order to determine eligibility. This may or may not include a background check.
